Okay, I guess it was about time I killed two birds with one stone, though I'm not even sure what stone that would be. The one that had the WSJ Editorial staff tell their reporters not to worry, they weren't going to be sold to the evil conglomerate Rupert Murdoch (and yes, I realize that it's trivial and childish to resort to name calling but

Did you read the WSJ editorial page on Wednesday? It made me pretty comfortable with the sale.

Eh...I think I'll take more time to mull this over before rationality comes into the equation. I'm afraid of the sale but know that RM is no idiot and isn't going to jeopardize what he really wants, credibility, so I think the paper is safe for now. I think what really angers me is that the WSJ lied to their reporters, employees, and readers by saying that there were no talks of a sale.

Really? They've been reporting it since May at least. I hadn't heard anything about anyone denying it (of course, I did get all of my news about it from the WSJ...)
