I know I don't write much on LiveJournal anymore, but I've got a new blog and a new position at work that are taking up most of my time.
Also, I am tutoring a coworker's son in English/Creative Writing. He wants to write a book about farm animals (on a magic farm, on top of a cloud, that is only accessible by flying horse), so his first assignment

The Cricket in Times Square by George Selden is a memorable one for me. I liked the allusions to the metaphysical properties of music and solitude and the illustrations are remarkable and numerous.
