I've just returned from sea to find the harbor is nothing but splinters and ashes!! I was shocked at the destruction-- is there anything but makeshift rafts and stray moorings to recover now? This is outrageous and completely unexpected...!

This isn't right... This would have never happened under the late King's leadership...

How...

How the hell ( Read more... )

I don't think they are any happier about it than we are. If it were safe for them to, I'm sure they'd be out here on the front line. But with His Grace Sidney's disappearence, we can't risk losing anymore princes.

Happy or not, the royal family still has a responsiblity for the integrity of the land. It shouldn't have even come down to "front lines," what were the princes doing when--

... isn't there anything we can do to help out? There are too many people getting injured or killed for my liking.

There isn't much of the harobor left to salvage and I'm not sure there's much a single company can do. I've released most of my sailors back to their families because this emergency.

But the soldiers can't just fall back! If they do, the city will be in danger, not just the harbor!

Yeah, thanks. Without some of us, there wouldn't have even been a kingdom to return to! Thanks for the gratitude, jerk.

I can't exactly take the time to consider a stranger's feelings. A vital part of my livlihood -and that of our company's sailors- has just been laid in front of our eyes, destroyed with no explanation why.

Yeah, well this stranger is making sure that your ass is safe, like it or not. Truthfully, I'd rather not fight to save you people, considering many of you are inconsiderate and rude towards our acts, but it's my job so just
deal with it.

If the royal family can't be accountable for what happens to the land, then what good are they? Something went awry within that castle, something that lead to this needless destruction.
