Spring... It's nice. But it also means a fair amount of undesirables are lurking the streets this time of year.

I'm surprised the Church has withstood this indecent blasphemy. Broken morals everywhere, sin behind every corner... Where are the pious? The meek? I don't see any.

Something should be done about this...

queen, audrey, guy, jade, colette, rubedo, ilyssa, albedo, tifa

What? I'm not sure what you mean, but I'll try to help make things better!

The Church has given a lot of it up as a lost cause, dear queen.

God has already abandoned them. It's a surprise to me they've persisted as long as they did.

Then punish the sinners.

How curious that you would say that.

So what would you prefer? Pillory? Shunning, scourging? Crucifixion? Rains of fire and brimstone?

Or are more subtle methods to your taste?

The wages of sin is death.

Damn religious crap...

Sin is something that'll always be around... You can't have the dark without the light?

Though trust me, I'd fix it all for you if I could.

I suppose. But I want to save their souls.

Would you?

The pious and meek, by their nature, tend to stay where they attract the least amount of attention, Highness.

I suppose you're correct, Sir Curtiss.

Perhaps, then, it's not so much a matter of not being able to see them, but a need to search a bit harder? Or else a matter of timing. I'm sure you'd see a good many at the local church on Sunday morning, Your Highness.

[Not that Jade can talk; he makes out with men and hangs out with street dancers... He probably attends church, but only as lip service.]

If they do not want to be sought, then who am I to pursue them?

I cannot attend the local church, for safety reasons, so I suppose I would not know. I enjoy a private service in the Castle Chapel. I believe it is open to knights, the families of said knights, and nobles exclusively.

[ XD SRSLY MANG, JADE IS A WALKING SIN. If Ilyssa knew, she'd bust a cap in his ass. ]
