i know, right? thats the thing i struggle with the most when writing about anti-racism... people will auto shut down when faced with their own privilege, but the also shut down for 'smarty pants' things, like essays.

someday, ill find the magic key to making people all of a sudden realize they have privilege. itll be like when a hypnotist makes one word the word that stops you from like stripping and honking like a duck.
