14.0 [Closed Comment Log] Baby's a Heart-Breaker

[The night before, Riley had gone to the bar to enjoy a drink and an evening of pain-free breathing. She'd conversed with Dr. McCoy, apologized to Jinx, and then Gunn had stopped in.
The conversation that they'd had, was something Riley was still trying to wrap her head around. Gunn's jealousy of Sal over her had been unexpected, and the fact that he'd wanted to call her his...Riley kept waiting for that to seem like a problem but so far she was surprisingly okay with this.
Of course, this meant that there was a little bit more cause for Riley to talk to Sal. She had already decided to talk to Sal a day or two ago to let him know that things weren't going to work out the way he'd hoped, but now there was even more reason for her to do so quickly.
So, after she and Gunn had woken up in the morning and grabbed breakfast, she left him in the buffet to find Sal.
Riley arrived at his door, conveniently down the hall from hers, and with a deep breath, knocked firmly on the surface.]
