Probably not exactly what you're after, but I just read Quickened, a HL/Buffy xover which... was really quite interesting.

There's Nozomi o Kakeru by Kiwa-sama for Hikaru/Mitani. And Understanding, which is rather gen but Hikaru and Mitani oriented.

There's very little good stuff which has crossed my radar. Check out sub_divided and canis_m as authors.

Also Soliloqey in the Rain.

Good TRC fic set during the time Fai and Kurogane are stuck in Shura. Or, if that's too specific, anything involving the TRC gang and language or cultural difficulties. Which pairings or even whether there's romance at all doesn't matter to me, so long as they're all properly characterized.
