Not one of the ships I really know that well but -

Books made me laugh.

Under Obligation was decent, if you're looking for something along the romantic lines.

Peacewish has some of the BEST Touya characterization - Death in the Family is a REALLY great story about what might happen if Fujitaka dies; And Scattered Blossoms is my hands-down EVER favorite Touya Backstory.

I really enjoyed the Lois&Clark/BtVS fic you recced a short while ago - it really did help me discover new love for Clark Kent (and believe me, it was sorely needed). I'm also in the process of reading the other L&C fics you recced.

And all this made me really curious about Lex Luthor in these non-Smallville Superman worlds.

So, requesting Superman fic with sympathetic or not blatantly evil Luthor. If you've come across such a thing. ^^

Honestly? In the Superman Returns and LC fandoms, Luthor is evil. Period. I can't recall seeing him portrayed sympathetically.

I will throw you a bone for LC fanfic though - Pretty Much Anything Written By Nan Smith is worth the time.

Heh. I was afraid of that. ^^;; Guess this means I'll be in the Smallville fandom for a while still.

Oh and I just took a look at Nan Smith's list of stories... Wow. uh, I'm very happy with my bone, thank you. XD

This is a bit late I know, so you may not see it, but if you want a non-two-dimensional, non-Smallville Lex Luthor, go straight to the source: Elliot S. Maggin. He's the author first responsible for creating a complex Luthor. Two of his novels are available online (legally) as is one short story. The original site for these is down, but I managed to find the Archive copy.

Nope. I'm not following Heroes currently due to time constraints - I'll probably be doing a Christmas marathon, so ask again in the future. ^_^
