This is something that I drew and posted on Tumblr a while ago. I have a hand/wrist fetish, so here's a mushy fan art of Dean and Castiel holding hands. I realise Dean doesn't wear the bracelet any more, but I suppose I'm claiming artistic license because the bracelet is pretty and I wanted to draw it.
I love how something this simple - just two hands, fingers intertwined - can convey so much feeling. I also love the use of Dean's bracelet, which I must admit I miss a great deal.

Dean/Cas fluff? :D
I first drew them in bed shirtless, but right then it was getting too much for me ^^;
So I added clothes and grass and this ended up like a small combination of some previous drawings :p
This is one of my all-time favorite D/C artists, and with this art she shows why. The look on Dean's face alone is enough to send me to a happy, happy place, and then there's the amulet and Dean's hand around Castiel's and the grass they're laying on, and it's all just so good. Feel-good art if I ever saw any.
