The young intern could not find any word to describe her emotion until Lissuria gave her a warm hug to calm her down. "It's okay, he'll bite my head off first before you." The girl found herself breathing a little calmer when Lissuria let her go and stepped away from the studio.
In his bright red peeptoe stiletto sandals, Lissuria walked in grace, hips swaying and swinging when he saw his darling boss fuming mad at everyone on the floor.
"Oh Xan-chan, you were never a morning person, were you?" Lissuria smirked, smoothing his thumb at the side of Xanxus' lip, removing a remnant of his morning latte... or whatever sticky white liquid he was drinking that morning.

Timing had to be precise for her.
She had been pacing around the rather large room of the studio, eyes scanning over the walls and various equipment-- she wasn't nervous, or anything of that sort. More like, she had to keep herself busy. The sound of the doors swing themselves open caught her attention, glancing over to the man that just entered.
It felt as if her insides flipped inside out, or her heart skipped a beat when her eyes caught the familiar blonde in sight. As usual, those feelings were kept to herself, greeting him with a nod and her usual serious, work ready expression.
"Colonello."

Oh dear. Not another blonde! Lissuria shook his head, convincing himself that he's actually a taken lady already!
Politely, the diva stepped aside and noticed that the man was with a fierce-looking lady. Could it be...
"Pardon me, but would you two be Mr. Colonello and Ms. Lal from the Vongole?" Lissuria asked, his eyes already gauging the sculpt and tone of their bodies. He extended his hand not soon after, adding, "My name is Lissuria, editor of the Varia's La Diva. Pleased to meet you."

He honestly didn't believe that he would make the cut on that silly little poll in the magazine. Sure Kokuyo was well known, but that was the book store itself. As a manager, he just did what was best for it. So seeing his name on the poll was surprising but he quickly disregarded it as some kind of ruse. Compared to other names like the CEOs of the publishing companies, his should have been at the bottom of the list. And yet here he was, one of the top ten.
Well, at least I'm not alone in this deal, he mused to himself, remembering that Hibari had made the cut as well. And at least it'll help with advertising the book store. If only it hadn't come in the form of photoshoots.
With those thoughts in mind, Mukuro prepared to head inside.

After running through a harder morning drill than usual, a warm shower and a good, long smoke out on his balcony, Hibari finally dragged himself out of his apartment and over to the Varia Studio. He hadn't ever thought that he'd set foot in that place, and for a photoshoot with him in it, of all things. Thankfully, the sight of a very familiar figure lingering just outside of the building eased a bit of his irritation over the situation.
"...You too, huh?" Hibari asked of Mukuro as he stepped up.

He made sure to make it out to the occasional event and this appointment in particular stood out amongst the many others in the planner he delegated to Leo. How rare was it that he was called into service by the other publishing houses in the area? And even rarer, the thought that he would be voted amongst the top ten of Namimori's best-looking by the sort that might read the Varia's publications.
It was flattering no matter how he looked at it, but it never hurt to bring someone like Uni, who had far more personal connections with the company along to help. And Leo-kun, well. Leo had his own purposes when it came down to it.
"Just on time," Byakuran hummed, "I wonder if we should loiter outside long enough to appear fashionably late."

"I think we should go, Byakuran-sama." He muttered, climbing out of the front seat after leaving last-minute instructions to the driver. "It's better to finish this as soon as possible. There's still unfinished work at the office." Did he come off as a bit sour? Well, Leo was more than a bit sour.
The driver sped off around the corner and he stepped up to Byakuran's side, looking up at the building where their appointment was going to be.

Her eyes moved curiously to Leo when he spoke, wondering at his words. She had not often heard Byakuran's secretaries speak to him thus; was this, perhaps, the reason Byakuran-sama had hired him? Then again, the recent recruitments in the Millefiore -- the ones she had taken note of, that is -- were rather different from the run-of-the-mill...
A soft beep: Uni took out her phone, checked the alert. Right on the dot of their appointment; her fingers flew over the keys as she composed a message to Lissuria. Pocketing the phone, she turned again to Byakuran, waiting for his cue.
