"I hope I'm not a bother, Mukuro-kun. I..." the diva hesistated as he looked down on his pedicured toes, "... just needed some people to talk to."
Thoughts and emotions hung over Lissuria's head once he spoke. This month has been very difficult for the diva.

He glanced around and gestured for one of the other late night workers to clean up the area he was working on before placing a hand on his guest's shoulder. "So, is it right to assume that Sk-- Hibari is going to accompany us this evening?" He asked, gently steering the diva elsewhere so that his employee could finish his job. The manager briefly mused to himself that once again, he and Hibari would be doing something together, though he never would have thought it'd be something like this. That is, talking about relationships. Love problems. Something he knew absolutely nothing about.
But he would try, if only to assist where he could.

"I've informed him that we're meeting here at Kokuyo first. He'd probably be around here somewhere. GOD! I need a fucking Cosmopolitan right now." Lissuria wished that he was outside so that he could grab a stick and smoke his way through his nerves. Glancing past some shelves, he wondered where that catty translator was. That boy better arrive, if he did frigging care.

He used to scoff about situations like that. Now...
"Mukuro's right," the translator chipped in, speaking both to contribute productively to the conversation and to turn away from his own thoughts. "Although... I'm curious as to why you think that you're not good enough for him. What does it mean to be good enough for someone anyway? Is it even possible to assume such a thing?"

To want Ryohei was no question in the diva's heart. He still loved the boxer.
But now that his chase with him has come to an end, Lissuria suddenly felt that the price was much too big, too precious for him to hold.
"He's an honest man, too honest to fault, I believe. And that's what I love about him." Lissuria took a sip of his drink to calm his nerves and ponder on the words he was about to say. "I, on the other hand, live a frigging lie. I put on make-up everyday to look fabulous, wear heels and svelte dresses just so I could live the life of a lady for a day. Now isn't that funny? How could I possibly deserve such an honest man? A champion like him deserves a real lady, a trophy girlfriend."

"If people were to constantly ascribe to what they perceive to be their limits, or to what they believe they deserve, then none of us would get anywhere. Personally," the translator added just before taking another sip from his glass, "I believe that we live to surpass our limits. It makes us happier, and it makes us human. That includes taking certain risks. In your case, Sasagawa might be worth the risk."
Hibari couldn't see why himself, but their business was their business. (Besides, in a way, he was one to talk.)

"...I'm not pretending to be fine. I simply don't see why I should talk about it."
Besides: talking about it was just going to make him remember. And think. And think. And think some more.
