Thank you for bringing this matter up. In fact, I think I will have to edit this post later on to explain all the grey areas in our storyline. And the answer to your question: all the Arcobalenos will all be in their adult forms, since the curse will not be included in the plot.
You can first, try to Google the definition for both of these terms, as I am sure it will give you a much better explanation than what I can offer you right now.
Third person is basically a general and neutral perspective. For example: Chrome paused in her tracks upon the sight of a familiar blue-haired man standing in front of the lockers, her heartbeat skipping faster each second as she swallowed down hard and slowly walked in his direction, "G-Good morning, Mukuro-sama."
First person is talking from your perspective. This is mainly used when writing blog entries and the likes. For example: This morning, I was able to meet Mukuro-sama. Even though it was only for a short while -- I felt very happy and fulfilled for the rest of the day...
Tomorrow, I hope I will get to see him again... maybe this time, I will be able to greet him with a proper smile.
Actually I have a few questions before I finish my application. There isn't much listed on either the information page, nor throughout the community. But I was concerned about whether canon bonds will be kept, or do we start from scratch like in the beginning of the series?
I'm also wondering at what age the characters will be? Almost college age, high school or still middle school?
And what about box weapons, or attributes such as mist users and illusions? I guess I'm asking how "real" I need to think haha.
Sorry if there are so many questions, but I'm trying to get an image of what I can and cannot do, as far as apping and plotting go.

Which will result in something like this:
Name/Nickname: Tsubasa
I hope that helped somehow and we look forward to seeing your application.

Are they still in baby form, or is it adult form? Or are either okay?
