This reminds me of a time, more than a few years ago, when you could get a 2am ferry to the Isle of Man from the Pier Head. It was a warm night and we spent the compulsory hour before loading wandering up and down the road. I'd never seen the Three Graces so late at night before. They were beautifully lit as if the buildings themselves were alive, even when empty of office workers. Thanks for the photo :)

Oh, God! Have you seen that big black glass edifice they've built right near the Liver building? It sucks all the daylight from around it!
