 I worked with a a catering company at a wedding last night.

They were short staffed and needed someone and they were paying 20bucks an hour cash. So I worked 8 hours at my normal job, then headed over there adn put in another 8.

Then got home at 2:30am, and went to sleep, work up at 7 and went to work at 8am to work another 8 hours.

Man it sounds like you were super busy with everything. I always wanted to cater something or do anything with cooking but I know I'd get frustrated so easily.

Food service takes getting used to but it's a lot of fun. You have to learn to work well under pressure. I get frustrated easily too but I've done enough of it now that I just kind of shove that part of myself into the back of my head because it just makes work harder. It's the only job I can do without getting frustrated because I've learned that it's not worth the anger.

It's HARD though. Catering is hard, because you don't have a chance to sit down, you have to always be watching and ready to see what people need, so it's really tiring.
Two days later and my legs and feet still hurt, but the money was well worth it.
