I've realized that when I've been 'blocked' with my own writing, it's because I'm still sifting through my outline and what is to happen next in the chapters. Either that or I just need inspiration and I usually can obtain that from music, movies, or an emotional scene in a television show. The emotions drive me with stories and that's where I pull from when I am writing my stories.
