Cranberry Crisp recipe for Thanksgiving

I made cranberry-apple crisp last night! It was delicious. One reason it makes me so happy to make it is that designdoc is generally not terribly fond of desserts, and he really likes this one. I last posted these recipes two Thanksgivings ago, but I've gathered some new LJ friends since then, so I post again. I've only made the cranberry crisp once,
