It is my understanding that most anti-bestiality laws are based in laws prohibiting cruelty to animals.

I think, given how the law is written, it would mean sex of any type with an animal would be against the law. It is still understood to be a crime against nature to engage in beastality, in part because animals can not consent.

Crime against Nature, when refers to humans, has been used cases of gay sex, lesbian sex, or sometimes, anything other then male/female sex in a missonary position.

In most states it is usually illegal to have sex with a corpse, but I don't think they normally specify human ones!

Actually, according to this article, only 16 states have laws specifically prohibiting sex with the dead. I'll see if I can dig them up. (Pardon the pun.)

But, you're right about "Ew" not being a good excuse to make a law. But, that guy should definitely be prosecuted for doing it in front of a daycare! *shudder*
