You may have heard the story of the naked prosecutor. For reasons that are not entirely clear (defense says mental illness/seizures/head injury), an Ohio prosecutor got nekkid after hours and was spotted on the security camera. One of my friends had a boss that used to routinely work naked in his office. If you wanted to see him, and wanted him clothed, you called him. If you didn't mind talking to him while he was nude, you just knocked and then went in. He had one employee complain of sexual harrassment, but the case was proved unfounded since she was told of the situation in her interview.

Well, during business hours, it's a public enough place to count, unless in the circumstance described by libwitch.
