Scotland, Day 8

Our first stop was Beauly (pronounced Byoo-lee, even though it's a corruption of "beau lieu") Priory. From the guidebooks, I was expecting more of a ruin, as it had been destroyed a couple times, but the walls were almost entirely intact. Just the roof was missing. Too bad about the sloe gin. I found some sloe berries growing by the road near the house in France. I thought they were blueberries and brought a bunch home to eat. :P
