As a bicycle commuter, there are a few things that drive me nuts. People who zoom out of parking lots/driveways without looking. Motorists who shout "get on the sidewalk". But when it comes to other cyclists, I really, really really hate when they zip past me when I'm stopping lawfully for a traffic signal or stop sign.

I don't mind faster cyclists passing me (gods know I ain't speedy). What I mind is them passing silently. There I am, toodling along, and suddenly, WOOSH! Ninja cyclist! I hate that.
I also hate the walkers/runners who trundle along with earbuds in and their music turned up so loud that they can't hear a thing. People, you're sharing the trail. I cannot warn you that I am coming up behind you if you are making yourselves purposely deaf!

I have a bell on my bike. And I ring it when I pass people, or when people are trundling along oblivious in front of me. I find it helps.
