Every year, I try to buy Moose something extra special for special occasions. Sadly, he's not very easy to buy for at all, because his biggest interest is gaming and he generally buys anything he really wants himself before I get a chance. I've decided that 2014 is going to be a great year. It's going to be a year of financial gain, artistic growth and, more importantly, a year of getting off my butt. Figuratively, at least, because most of the things I plan to do are things that largely involve sitting on my butt:

Well, today's the very last day of 2013 and I'll be sad to see this year go, really! It's been an amazing, busy year chock full of conventions, travel, video games, fun and love. My visit to Hogwarts!
Well, kind of.
My friends Laura, Jess and I decided to take a trip to the Harry Potter Studio Tour in London. We booked an evening slot (5:00 pm) to explore the studio at our own pace. It worked out to be perfect timing; as the night drew near, the whole place thinned out and we were able to enjoy everything properly. And wow, it was awesome!
