My apologies for my dearth of posts. My job keeps me busy, and yet, the money ain't what it once was. I actually made this sojourn a week ago, but 40+ hours coupled with the holiday made me put off posting. But I'm here again, trying to indulge my culinary interests while supporting the local restaurant community

That's a bit of a blast from the past. What are the Two Hot Tamales themselves uo to now? I loved seeing them on tv so much more than a lot of these tv chefs they crank out constantly.

Mary Sue and Susan are still based in L.A., where the original BG is located, but closed. They have other eateries there, but I'm not sure about their status. And you're right, the Food Network was better when they had real, knowledgeable chefs instead of cute faces and reality show winners.
