If you have trouble with getting it into the sidebar (I thought this would happen, poupee's little flash toy doesn't work either) you could make a post with it and link it somewhere in the sidebar where it's always just a click away for everyone?
I'm also still worried people won't log into it and use it :x I don't know if I will every night.
About the avatars: Can it be fanarts or just screencaps from pico? Can you give me the image range in pixels? :3 if not I'll make it large.
What I was doing was looking for something to make the header. After a little searching, I found a way to do it, though it isn't exactly ideal. Since only Nana was on, only she and I have images big enough for what I was looking for.
For the avatars, it doesn't much matter to me, as long as we can tell who it is.
Hopefully with a little more work, I can get this chat thing to work. It supposedly works for other people, so I'll see what I can do.
