I shouldn't think anyone remembers me, since I've been on a rather looong hiatus. Nonetheless, I finally finished the next chapter in this one, so I thought I'd post it anyway.

Hi kroki_refur,

I've read the summary and am intrigued. I will be reading it, but I wanted to know if you have a more current version -- since you've said here that this one is not beta-ed.

If you don't have a more current version, then I'll read it with some light beta-reading. But if you do, then I'll read this just for the story and ignore the errors. :)

Just so I don't waste my time beta-reading only to find out you've already fixed it up. ^^

Hi Nightlight! Thanks for saying you'll read this. It hasn't been beta-ed still -- I had a beta, but she doesn't really have time any more. That said, please feel free to just read for the story if looking out for errors is going to distract you from it too much -- I'm more concerned about general comments (tone, flow and so on) than about individual grammatical errors (unless they detract substantially). Um, yes, rambly, sorry. Basically, any comments you have would be very much appreciated :).

Thanks for reading, it's good to know the errors aren't too egregious. And thanks especially since it's not your sort of fic. To be honest, it's not my sort either, it just sort of demanded that I write it ;).

I'm glad you like Ron. I think it's more fun with more characters involved, and I'm sad to hear he's generally not written as being vaguely intelligent.

The previous chapters are up on FA.org, and all of them so far on ff.net, plus I post to various LJ communities (as you saw from my info). almost_hd, well... I've never written a slash (or het) fic, but I have to say that a lot of people who've read this one seem to think it's going to wind up h/d. It's obviously got that vibe about it...

Anyway, thanks again for your feedback, and I'm really glad you enjoyed it :).
