IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE HEADER WITH A DIFFERENT VERSION YOU NEED TO FIND THIS IN YOUR CODE'S LAYOUT:.
headerimage {
position: relative;
width: 900px;
height: 375px;
margin: auto;
background: url("http://i33.tinypic.com/244y6af.jpg") no-repeat;
}

THEN CHANGE THE URL WITH THE NEW HEADER'S URL.
PLEASE IF YOU CAN, RE-UPLOAD THE IMAGE BEFORE USING IT.
CLICK ON THE IMAGE FOR VIEW THE ORIGINAL SIZE.

If you want for 1 Kim Kibum, 3 Lee Jinki, 4 Lee Jinki you can change height: 375px; with height: 400px;
