5 // Journal Entry // Audio // Action // Inconvenienced

[The Master, just as inspired as everyone else, is on his way back to his flat from collecting supplies for his latest project. And, like a good little multitasker, he's talking into his journal at the same time.]

Jenny, I need to talk to you at some point. My intentions are honourable, I promise. Your dad can be there if you like. And on that note ( Read more... )

voice, plot-related, action, this is not fun, he's dreaming really sappy things, journal entry

[Well, that's the last thing he expects to see. Moving forward cautiously, Jack approaches the Master's sprawled body, then crouches beside him. He's tempted to poke him with a stick.]

Knowing you, this is some sort of trick. Either that, or this place has really gotten to you.

[Naturally, the Master doesn't answer. He is SOUNDLY asleep, and looking fairly tranquil.]

[Standing, Jack nudges him with his foot. No, that wasn't a kick. Really.] Not quite the place for a nap, and you don't seem to be hurt.

[The Master rocks slightly with the foot nudge and then gravity sends him rocking back. He's not hurt. Except that someone's captured his mind, of course but physically? Maybe slightly bruised.]

[After the initial reaction of 'OMG SHOCK! BRO WTF HAPPENED', the Doctor actually does poke at him little. First a little nudging with his foot, then bending down to shakeshakeshake. Followed by a little sonic screwdriver action - no, not like that. Then also, he debates a lick but realizes he already knows the flavor and it probably won't do anything. That's a little sad. ]

Oi! This is not a place for sleeping. Stop being ridiculous. Now isn't the time to play up the dramatics.

[It would be really great if the Master were actually just screwing with everybody. He is floppy like a big rag doll. He frowns very slightly when the Doctor starts talking at him but that is about it.]

[And the Doctor be all nudgenudgenudge.....nudgenudgenudge....nuuuudge.... and then frowny-face. Epic frowny-face. It is an epic David Tennant facial expression moment, alright.]

[le sigh] What am I going to do with you?

[As such he debates somehow taking him back to the house. But that would require carrying him there. Since he's not mean enough to just drag him. But that would be really, really awkward. Not to mention, the Master might have been packing on the Jelly Babies and it would be terribly sad if the Doctor couldn't carry him due to being one lithe gangly tall-ass bastard. He really doesn't feel like falling on his face. Decisions, decisions.]

[The Master sleeps on, oblivious to all of this nudging and serious decision-making. If the Doctor had come at the same time as Jack, it might be a bit easier. But he didn't. Anyway, the Master is proportionate to his size, okay? And has probably been doing a lot of running from when he was Sam Tyler. Even so, the Doctor totally is a weak little bitch.]

[Well, being called out got her main attention, though before she can respond to that part, she can't help but comment on the thud.]

What? Don't tell me you've gone tripping over things.

Something like. That's not what I want to talk about, though. And our conversation needs to be in person, not on this.

[Give her just a moment, and when she speaks, there's definite distrust in her voice.]

Alright, if you need to talk to me in person then you can meet with me at my house. You can pick when. But I'm not willing to meet with you anywhere else. [And she will be inviting her dear father to sit in.]

[He'd been expecting that. So he doesn't sound offended at all.]

Now is fine. [Now that he's had time to rest. I'll be right over.

[Really, he doesn't see why the Doctor can't just do this. It's a joint plan and it's HIS daughter. Bastard.]
