[the TARDIS appears on the Plane after a relatively long absence (thanks a lot, Diva), a small, fuzzy creature in her hands. she sits down on the stars, letting the little thing go, and watches it intensely, mapping out its movement patterns, tracking its vitals as it skitters around, terrified on the Plane. it happened to find its way into her ( Read more... )

No! It's just - [looks back down at the creature, still petting it. He lets his gaze fall back on the TARDIS] - I just don't like the entire idea of negative stimuli. Isn't there another way?

What about the planet you found him on? Osudbogs. They might have research and data and other things along those lines.
