I really like making simple icons.. I'm not the type of person that would spend lots of time making an icon because I like simple icons. And even if I tried, they would look too cluttered!! ):

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN! Whenever I use textures, I wonder if I'm using them right and if it looks good. I do like simple icons too, because you can experiment more with colouring styles and crops! I'm sure your icons would look good either way though

I love experimenting with coloring styles and crops~ I have so much psds saved for my experimentations so I can look back how to use some of textures and use them for certain series~ Lol I adore close crop and negative space the most even though I try to use other crops.. :| not even. I'm looking at yours and they seem more pretty as texture experimentations! also, snagging all your ringo icons. /whistles

I love your soft coloring style! It's really distinct, and nice.

Also, I'm not sure which manga coloring style I like more, D.Gray-man or Karneval, but they both work well with the images you worked with (maybe you could use different styles for different series lol if you're up for it)

I used a different brush from the D.Gray-man one so it was kind of messy and I like it! haha, I think I'll do that. Use a different coloring style here and there so it won't be so boring |D
