This was a foolish statement by HHS Kathleen Sebelius, then, because she could be considered an accessory after the fact. Is anyone considering investigating her?
The only people who get investigated in the Obamanation are people who disagree with The One.
... but if the Democrats lose the Congressional elections of 2010, they might be facing a Congressional probe over this in 2011-12. Which, of course, might make the Obama Administration more desperate. Most Presidents wouldn't venture onto this slippery slope for that reason -- is Obama foolish enough to keep escalating?
