Not since Washington reacted wrongly to the onset of the Great Depression have so many bad policies been proposed so quickly.

In a new round of government intervention proposed by President Obama, the federal government would not only regulate financial firms and markets but also have a role in running them as well.

A friend of mine has an icon of Obama morphing into Carter. Someone should really create one of him morphing into Robert Mugabe.

I was repeatedly laughed at this past election when I attempted to explain how Obama's policies would echo precisely the downfall of America illustrated in "Atlas Shrugged".

It's a damned hollow "I told you so". Strange how the howling liberals and progressives on my friends list have gone utterly silent over the last couple of months.
