In any honest world there could be no objection.

I think all politicians that received donations from them should return them. Dodd, McCain, Bush, Kerry, the whole lot of them.

I think it is time to stop businesses - as a business entity, not the employees themselves - from being able to contribute *any* money at all to any politician. That would bring a halt to any perception of a business "buying political influence".
