When liberals had their brains wiped prior to accepting the Messiah 2.0 program they apparently removed all memories of this little whopper of a spending bill:

Another important question: How much of that money actually went to roads & infrastructure, and how much of it got siphoned away by state and/or local governments (like WAY too much infrastructure funding over the last few decades) for other pet projects.
