This type of action is why the Geneva Convention doesn't apply to many of the Gitmo prisoners - they were not uniformed soldiers, and they had time to get in uniform. They chose to try to hide among civilians.

Where is Amnesty International decrying THEIR non-stop BS? Where is the UN condemning their battlefield tactics?

It seems like it's only fighting dirty when the United States does it. Clearly, the billions we spend, and the lives we risk placing laser sight targets behind enemy lines to launch surgical strikes from a thousand miles away to pinpoint a terrorist's bungalow versus a neighboring single mother of six counts for nothing.
