So he violated Boehner's Fourth Amendment right against unreasonable searches and seizures, but the prick reinvents himself into a civil liberties hero. That kind of classiness promoted Hugo Black to the Supreme Court. I guess they haven't changed much.

Boehner is going to use the money to help fund Republican campaigns, which I think is a nice touch - money from a Democrat going to Republican campaign funds. :D
