Pete Stark appears determined to drive Congressional approval ratings down to zero all by himself, raging on the House floor during the debate over the SCHIP veto override. He ranted (in part):
But you're going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old, enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off
