Anyone who's ever smoked pot, had it in their car or had paraphernalia in their car at the time should know.

Hit the fucking cruise control. Take it easy. No hurry.

But yes, the fact that this guy is going to get off is a travesty. Two Americas indeed.

Hitting the cruise control to not get busted by the cops would suggest an awareness of consequences in the first place, but when you're raised by a pompous, self-righteous asshole, you tend to think you're above it all, including the law. The bad news here is that he might be almost right.

We've had our head up our asses for a real long time out here. The good news is that us Californians only 2nd place in that territory with Louisiana and Illinois sharing the #1 spot for worst run state in the country.
