Let me get this right, the nebulous, ambiguous charges that cannot easily be disproven (which, of course, is the burden of proof in the court of Democrat opinion when a Republican is accused) are thrown out, and the charges that are based on him laundering money that wasn't illegal at the time are retained...

That's it, time for me to take over. This whole democracy thing isn't working.

It's a Christmas present from the Democrats for the Republicians.
The Democrats isolate the most inefectual republicians using the dirtyest tricks. When the day is done the entire democratic party is going to look like goons and it only cost the republicians one idiot.
However not idiot enough that he can't make this whole stunt blow up in the democrats faces.
