I disagree to a point...I think both reporters should not reveal their sources and should be willing to be jailed for that conviction. They are choosing to disboey a lawful court order and should be willing to take the punishment for doing so.
A reporter can choose to withold a source (and ethically they should if they have promised anonymity), but they also should know that doing so might be a crime and thus they will have to pay the price for that crime (contempt of court or obstruction of justice). To me it keeps things honest on all sides. A journalist should stick to their guns and go to jail if they truly believe in keeping a source confidential.
