I think if we grass roots are loud enough the party might actually have a real primary.

It is too bad he is not up again until 2010. He may just retire before we can kick him out.

6 of one half dozen of the other... I don't really care if he goes kicking and screaming or gracefully... as long as he goes.

God forbid a Republican senator doesn't blindly follow a Republican president.

I don't want him to blindly follow a President, I want him to follow the principles of the party that got him elected.

He was free to run as an independent in 2004 if the thought of getting tough with the UN brings him to tears.

I was wondering when you'd say something about Voinovich. If you're interested in what I wrote in my other blog, go here:

After having him as our governor and watching him try to increase taxes I knew what was coming in the Senate with him, but his burst-into-tears speech about Bolton was just too much.

I'll check out your article!

Yeah, I was surprised at the unbecoming emotional display, and unfortunately, I didn't learn of it until after I posted, or I would have had something to say about that, as well.

Thanks for your comment, dude!

Just so you know, you folks in Ohio aren't the only ones who have to suffer with preening asshats, who kowtow to the MSM, instead of doing what they were elected by the people to do. I can assure you that Washington State also has a profusion of such types, on both the local and national level. It's frustrating, by that's what elections are about - keep the good ones, and kick out the idiots. 2006 isn't that far away.
