Kerry's Dishonorable Discharge

Spreading like wildfire all over the blogosphere:
I [DONALD L. NELSON, CAPT, JAGC, USNR] was on active duty as a U.S. Navy lawyer when all of this was going on some 25 to 30 years ago, and so was Mark F. Sullivan, who at all relevant times was the personal lawyer to J. William Middendorf, then the Secretary of the Navy. We remember ( Read more... )

Come on...if this were true, Kerry would have been seriously punished for treason. Hung, etc...whatever they do in the military to collaborators. They don't just give you your walking papers and a slap on the wrist. -Amy Alkon, www.advicegoddess.com

Given the social turmoil at the time, I doubt it.

The military had a black eye from Vietnam and would have wanted to get rid of people like Kerry quietly.

I've followed this whole story for the past 6 months trying to dig around and find info on it. My frustration has been that the Bush Administration and Campaign has not capitalized on it. There is a man (John Kerry) running for President who is ineligible to do so according to our U.S. Constitution. How this man has been a Senator for the past 20 years is beyond me. I've tried relentlessly to call into radio stations, write editorials, anything to get this info out, and I have had no good chance at it. It's as if no one cares about it, when the entire nation should! We're close to electing the first President who is considered by all means a Traitor.(by the way, I am optimistic that Bush will win, but the fact that a Traitor has even gotten this close to the Presidency angers me ( ... )

yeah, I finally went to the bush vs. kerry community earlier today and posted something along the lines of Kerry's treasonous activities and I encouraged people to watch the movie Stolen Honor......holy cow! I've never gotten so many responses so quickly...it's like a bunch of Democrats sit around on their computers 24/7 watching that community and are ready to pounce when a Bush supporter posts something. So that's the end of that for me, no sense in getting frustrated. Does that community have any other Bush supporters who can debate well? It seems like just a Liberal Wacko playground. Eh, I'll be happy on Wednesday morning when this is all over.

It depends on the community, but eventually all the debate communities get crowded with "me too" liberals who apparently have no life and live to post "zing!" and "snap" in response to each other's posts and pile on whenever a non-liberal posts.

It all depends on the moderators. Some groups have none, or worse partisan (and ignorant) moderators. The best groups would moderate both membership and posts, but where are you going to find a person who has time to moderate all that?
