They've rediscovered it.

Doesn't mean they've READ it, since the constitution doesn't actually require that for legislators.

And they're still missing the point about what the Constitution is (and isn't). A scheduling error isn't a violation of the Constitution. :P

The disingenuous "general welfare" spam is covering the Internets, too.

Right. Art. VI requires public officials to be bound by oath or affirmation. However, the language is VERY different than Art. II, which requires the president to be sworn in before taking office.
