More evidence that Obama wants the oil spill to continue through the election

Feds refuse to endorse process that can separate oil from water.

Because, you know, a gulf full of oil is so much more of a crisis that can't go to waste than a gulf full of trace amounts of oil.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the feds are doing everything in their power to hinder the clean up efforts, rather than do everything in their power to help?
