You're renting the...

At least I'm giving you forewarning. When I was younger, I might have simply showed up unannounced.

I'm appreciative, believe me.

I don't suppose you'd be willing to hazard a guess as to how much the liquor and appetizers will set me back?

Well, my recent attempts at joining groups trying to, err, umm, express political views have not worked out so far, so I guess this is worth a shot.

Well, that's what's part of why I'm organizing this little event. The other part is of course having a little fun.

Well, I can't say I disagree with either of those goals! I could really use some fun after what happened to everyone a couple of weeks ago...

That's the spirit! Ahh, they might take our skills, but they can't take what really matters.

It irks me to visit a place so tainted by demonic filth, yet I suppose the same could be said of all of this world.

...Count me in.

You're not alone on that count. If I could, I'd call for a flotilla of battleships to lance this boil. With the situation as it is however, I think it best to keep one's head down and be patient.

...Interesting. I did not expect to find anything but sympathizers to the unholy in this place... A pleasant discovery.

You are correct, it would be foolish to be rash; I have recently learned that underestimating your enemies can be a fatal mistake in battle. Perhaps your meeting will allow us the opportunity to contemplate this through more deeply.

A loyal servant of the God-Emperor might hide his nature, but even in the darkest of places where he might walk, the Emperor's light is with him.

While I think it would be best for me to curb my appetite, I do like cards.

Excellent. I think ten thousand Hl would be an appropriate amount to play for, don't you?

As a minimum bid? Sounds about right.

I think it best to keep things civil and restrained. We wouldn't want one of these powerful demons claiming we had cheated them, now would we?

So, you're volunteering and organizing a nice and happy game playing event!?

I...I am speechless. Delinquency is finally spreading!

What games are you going to play? Go fish? Memory?

For a given value of nice and happy. It has never happened to me, but I've heard stories of men being killed over a bad hand of cards.

I was thinking more along the lines of Tarrot or this game called Poker I heard about recently. Something any attendees could make a little friendly wager on.
