Hard to believe I've been here a year already. Sure doesn't feel like it.

If what they say's right and I'll go back to right when I left, I guess there ain't any rush for me to go home. I miss Toru and the others, but it ain't like I can't live without 'em for a while. A lot of the people here ain't bad either, and I'd miss 'em if I left, but I'd still survive.

It's just...boring here most of the time. Back home there were Ryukeitai showing up pretty much every other day. Here I'm lucky if someone's causing trouble at the Hyperion once a week, and even then they're just drunks and all I get to do is toss 'em out. They don't even put up a good fight. Hell, I've been getting so little exercise I've started hitting the gym pretty much every day. Don't think that's ever happened before. Fighting always kept me in good enough shape.

So yeah, I guess right now I'd rather be at home.

I hear ya dude, my deal really is more about the people I left behind.

But going home would also mean leaving people behind here...and I don't really...ya know? I've gotten really close to alot of them.

Yeah, it's tough to suddenly not have someone you know around.

I know some people go home for a bit and then come back. Maybe you'll have that happen. Get to make sure everything's good back home and catch up with people. Or maybe they'll show up here.
