He's wanted for numerous matters in connection to Finitevus, and various things that have happened, including the brainwashing of one of our own agents.

Him turning himself over is odd, and if he truly has amnesia that is a bit troubling... But we'll have to judge that, and that it is who we're looking for, for certain first hand.

You damn well better. Don't just figure he's guilty and leave it just cuz it's easier.

...Once you figure out you're missing part of your memories it drives you crazy until you can remember something. You got anything that can get memories back?
