So I'm back home. Miss France already. Not much else to say about that, really.

Moving on, then. Everyone watched Eurovision last night, right? This was actually the best year I can remember - some of the music was actually good! I liked the Netherlands for going all country. Armenia and Hungary were both quite credible and deserved to do well ( Read more... )

I loved, loved, loved Iceland. Me and some friends had a Eurovision party and even voted for them several times. I was sad to see them do so badly :(

I also liked the Swiss entry a lot as well as the Finnish Artic Monkeys kind of band.

Some really good music this year.

I'm convinced the Icelandic main singer has to be related to my old music teacher (who came from Iceland, so not a completely mental conviction XD), they look dead alike.

I agree it was a good year for the competition and I was so thrilled when Conchita won! My poor twitter followers. though, I got a bit carried away cheerleading haha
