I finished my final uni exams on Friday, so I spent yesterday lying on the sofa finally getting caught up on a massive stack of TV and books that I'd put aside for exactly this moment.  I got 'The Hour' Series 2 for my birthday (still literally can't believe it got cancelled) so I watched 3 hours of that, and then watched the entire last series of ( Read more... )

Jesus. Literally gritting my teeth in a mixture of envy and anger. Series 2 of The Hour is basically the best thing that happened to me when I was sixteen, ditto to Peep Show. Modern Vampires of the City's excellent, still prefer Contra though.

I have an irrational hatred of Charlie Brooker I won't attempt to explain. David Mitchell, though- he's basically the concept of adorable made flesh.
