Important things in my life. Riiiiiight.

So my sister is coming to visit (yay yay yay!) in almost exactly two weeks and it is going to be absolutely the most epic and awesome week of our collective young lives. There will be theatre. There will be walks in parks. There will probably be bad weather for at least four days but that's a small price to pay for living in London. There will be ( Read more... )

Pretty much every Doctor Who episode can be found on you tube. And after you are done with Chris(topher Ecclestion) and Dav(id Tennant), you should check out the sister show of Torchwood, with John Barrowman, who is. the. sex.

Yes, I am watching them all. This is a fact. And John Barrowman (who is. the. sex.) just had a guest appearance on Doctor Who and makes me want to watch Torchwood even more. Apparently my library at home has all the DVDs and my sister wants to watch it with me, so it might not happen until I get back home but omigodyes.

Did you have to talk about this? Because I'm in my Chinese Foreign Policy lecture and am not paying attention... Instead I'm skipping around Wikipedia and reading about Doctor Who. Gah.

Okay, in my defense that's entirely your fault. Doctor Who is just brilliant (though again it's one of those things that I say that about while knowing that many other people will disagree because I do have strange tastes...). And we did not figure out the dancing, which saddens me. In fact when I used it in this entry I googled it again and still couldn't figure it out.

Well, yeah. I'm kind of looking for excuses to not pay attention to the 10 billion slides about how China's economy has been growing. (They all look the same! Arrow up to the right!) So realistically I was going to be doing something else anyway - Doctor Who was just presented nicely to me, wrapped in a bow.

I'd gladly take the Doctor wrapped up in a bow... :) (Well, I guess I should say that this depends upon which one we're talking about, but come on, both Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant are just so cute when they're not terrifying.)

Also, did we ever figure out "and then, there will be dancing"? I don't think we did, and it's still bugging me.
