Day 2!

Definitely taking pictures, though not as many as I would like :( We brought with a videocamera too, but we haven't used it much yet -- I plan on changing that tomorrow. I want to make a video of the trip when we get back.

Good! I'm glad you've liked what I've lent you so far.

A town with more than 40 bookstores sounds like a feast for the eyes indeed. I could certainly see myself going there. (By the way, I happened to recognize the name "Analog" too.)

I'm more into little-known writers who seem to be read by no one but me and (sometimes) my close friends. I am trying, however, to broaden my horizons within sf to see who else I might like.

(This is my way of admitting that, while of course I know of the three authors you mentioned, I've never read a novel by any of them. I think I may have read a short story by Dick, but that's about it.)
