My first batch (ever!) of chocolate fudge is cooling now. The scrapings tasted wonderful, but it remains to be seen if the consistency will be right. If this turns out okay, I'm making two more batches next weekend, one chocolate-mint, the other chocolate-orange, and taking them home for Christmas. If it's runny, then I have lots and lots of

It's a little grainy and very very soft. When I put it in the fridge, it got firm enough to handle, but it's not exactly packable.
